  I recently signed up for the Roam Plus 4G plan because I travel to Malaysia pretty often, and this plan really does the job. The roaming connection worked straight away, and I had no problems using Google Maps, WhatsApp, or even streaming music across the border. The price is super reasonable for what you’re getting, and it’s great for anyone who wants basic roaming without jumping to a full 5G plan. Easy setup and no weird extra fees really good value.

  I've never had to use their customer service, so can't speak to that, but they're so cheap you could have them in addition to another number and barely notice. Speeds are generally fine, and data allowance is nuts (200gb monthly IIRC I don't think I've ever used more than 10 - and I often tether in preference to local wifi!) Also I went on holiday to Southern Malaysia and my friend on one of the full price carriers had less coverage than I did... (I'm on the cheapest possible plan @$7.77, which didn't seem to be one of the ones listed here, so it's possible they don't offer it to new customers now)

  [Ease of porting] Porting was smooth and had no issues. Successfully ported all my numbers within 1 working day. [Network] Since it uses Singtel's network, 5G network connectivity has no issues. Roaming is great as well, no disruption of network. Great! [Mobile App] Very easy to use, data & minutes consumption is updated almost in real time. Easy track your usage, especially for Roaming coverage. [Billing] As I have several numbers under me, it is great that its all parked under 1 bill. Payment is seamless as well with my credit card updated via app. [Overall] I would highly recommend this as I have used other telcos (C, V) and this is the best one by far. Only downside is that there's no e-sim.

  ZYM is a hidden gem among telcos. Affordable rates, reliable network, and responsive staff. I had an issue with my SIM, but they fixed it within hours. Excellent service for the price!

  ZYM offers great data plans at low cost. Customer support is friendly and quick to resolve issues. I’ve saved a lot compared to my old plan. Definitely worth trying for light users.

  I switched to ZYM after my old telco increased prices. Setup was quick, SIM arrived in 2 days. Coverage is strong in most areas. Happy with the value for money so far.
