GOMO support is good. The AI chatbot is much smarter than that in Starhub. When it can’t resolve your problem a human agent comes in within 5 to 15 minutes. In Starhub under their Star Plan, you are lucky to get a human response in 3 days. Stupid operator and the very reason I migrate wholesale, mobile and broadband, to Singtel. Starhub is on the slippery slope to the bottom. The more they struggle to make profit, the more tgey cut cost, the mire service deteriorate, the more customers they lose, the less profit they make. A vicious spiral to the bottom.0

Good customer service from jhon. Able to understand me clearly and resolve my questions promptly. Left a feedback that for IDD calls, need to dial 019 and pls put this instructions under “how to make international calls” in the app. The FAQ only shows the country code of the countries and i have to spend time trying to find out how to make international calls that is FOC for 800minutes under my GOMO plan.0

Can I Port My Existing Number To GOMO Mobile?
Yes, you can. However, this is only available for post-paid mobile customers.
All you have to do is:
1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.
2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.
3. Head over to GOMO's website and you'll be able to port your number over
What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?
As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on GOMO's website.
If you are using a non-Singtel prepaid number, you won't be able to port your number over for now. If you wish to use GOMO, you can sign up for a new GOMO mobile number instead.
