[Customer Service] I’ve been with Circles.Life for over a year now after moving away from Singapore's most expensive telco, and I have absolutely zero regrets. They truly are the best and always willing to help their customers. Recently, I wanted to upgrade my 4G plan to a new 5G plan promo I saw. Even though the promotion was strictly for "new sign-ups only," I decided to chat with their support. I was connected to a live agent named Levin, and he was fantastic! Instead of making me go through the massive hassle of porting out and resigning just to get the deal, Levin was incredibly nice and assisted me with the upgrade directly on my current line. This is what real customer retention looks like! Unlike other "E... Mobile" providers and telcos where the live chat gives you no response or endless bots, Circles.Life makes it incredibly easy to talk to a real person fast. If you're looking for a new operator, stop hesitating and give them a try. Huge shoutout to Levin for the amazing support!0

I had trouble to activated a new simcard for my dad under Senior Acct due to his Singpass. So today only managed to settle my singpass and wanted to activate the simcard which I got for him. But to my surprise, it's came out stated cancel order. Thanks to the customer service who get me connected to Sheena. Sheena did her best to get it done and directed me to reapplied again a new simcard. Without her help, I think I'm stuck.. Thank you Sheena.0
