Excellent service at ZYM's Samsung Bedok ball store. Visited the shop as I was experiencing some problems with my plan. Staff was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to troubleshoot and figure out what the problem was with my plan. They managed to solve the problem very quickly and my plan works fine now. Used Zym first in my family as my previous contract ended and my friend reccomended Zym to me. Realised that data coverage is very fast and smooth, prompting me to port my family's numbers over to Zym too. Went on a family trip to Korea recently and data roaming didn't crash! Will highly reccomend to everyone!!0

Have travelled to various countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Indo, Korea, Japan and Taiwan and ZYM's data roaming works across all of these countries! Data coverage is very wide and the connection never dropped on me over extended periods of time (like my last telco). This made navigating to find places of attractions much easier and hassle-free! Travelling is made easy with ZYM!0

Zym is the best telco that I have ever used! Used to have very little data on my previous plan with another telco and I couldn't watch Youtube or Netflix frequently. For context I live 1h away from my workplace so watching shows helps to kill time HAHAHA. But ZYM's plan gives a lot of data and connection is very fast also! Now I can watch my kdramas on the train and bus HAHAH! Can switch to ZYM you won't regret!0

Signed up for ZYM's plan to port my number in from my last telco online as I didn't have the time to physically visit the store (and I don't live super near to the stores). But anyways the app was very easy to use and was easy to navigate. Port in was successfully completed within a few days so satisfied with their service and speed! Heard that physically visiting the store would have faster port in!0

Good customer service at the NEX store! Visited the store during their promo to learn more about their promo as I wanted to port my number in to a new telco (my previous telco gave me a LOT of problems). But staff was very patient and explained the promo to me with all the details and answered all my questions. They also had templates that helped me to better understand their plans! Very satisfied with their service!0

Have tried out other telcos previously but can say that ZYM is the best and most reliable! Need good data coverage as I travel overseas frequently for work. Past telcos would have sudden drops which annoys me a lot when I have zoom meetings outside or need to reply urgently to my clients. But ZYM has never given me these problems!0

Better telco than Simba. Experienced problems with Simba while overseas in Japan where there was very slow connection for abt 1h. Returned to Japan agn after porting to Zym and problem did not arise for the entire trip. 1h might be short to some but it was irritating as I was settling work urgently and none of my messages were going through. Glad that I swapped to Zym!0

Helped my mother port over to Zym recently at the Samsung NEX store. We clarified some concerns and doubts tgt with the staff at the store who were really friendly and nice. They were able to clearly address our queries and were patient. Successfully ported my mom's number to ZYM in 1 day. Good experience with ZYM!0

Have been using ZYM for a few months now and ZYM hasn't given me any problems (unlike my previous telco)! Port in was smooth back when I did it and network has always been smooth even when taking mrt! Can watch my k dramas in peace now HAHA thanks ZYM!0
