Have used other telcos before and I think ZYM is the best out of all! Zym's data connection is smooth and fast wherever you go, even at underground mrt stations and basements of shopping centres! Best choice I made to switch to ZYM!0

Visited the Samsung Vivo City store to port my number over to ZYM since they're having promo now. Staff was very patient and friendly as they clearly explained their plans and promos while addressing any concerns and misconceptions that I might have. They were very nice also! Good experience with ZYM!0

Faced some issues with my plan and made my way down to Plaza Sing Samsung store. Staff was very patient and was able to quickly troubleshoot and identify the problem. They've fixed my phone and I don't face anymore problems! Good service with ZYM!0

Travelled to Japan and Korea recently for a solo trip and ZYM's data roaming worked so well! Good data coverage as the network was strong throughout my trip! No lagging even when I was using their public transportation which was underground. Best telco I have ever used!0

They were also able to answer all my questions when it came to the nitty gritty details and correct my misunderstandings regarding their plans. Well trained staff and good experience with ZYM!0

Best telco that I have ever used! Got annoyed with my previous telco as there was suddenly very slow data connection for about an hour which made it tough for me to reply urgent messages on the go (no free wifi at where I was). However, swapped over to ZYM and never faced this problem again! Luckily I swapped to the better option!0

Been travelling across the ASEAN countries due to work. ZYM's data roaming works so well that I don't need to worry about getting an ESIM or whatever cause ZYM's plan will provide data roaming that is fast, smooth and convenient to use! Excellent service at ZYM's Samsung Bedok ball store. Visited the shop as I was experiencing some problems with my plan. Staff was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to troubleshoot and figure out what the problem was with my plan. They managed to solve the problem very quickly and my plan works fine now.
