Very happy that I made the switch to ZYM! Travelling is now hassle-free and worry-free as the network and data roaming is so strong and doesn't drop on you! Can receive all whatsapp messages and calls during my overseas trip to Korea recently 9unlike with my previous telco that dropped on me for an hour). ZYM has proved itself to be a strong contender against all the other telcos!0

Ported my number over to ZYM at Samsung's Bedok mall store. Staff was very warm and friendly and they patiently guided me through the whole port in process. They were also able to address my enquires which suggests that they are well-trained and knowledgeable with their promos and plans. Port in process was also completed within 1 day. Good experience with ZYM!0

Swapped to Roam Plus and the 4G network is much better than Simba's plans! Was using Simba in the past but ZYM is way better than Simba in terms of connectivity as ZYM is much faster. Wide coverage as well which makes travelling easier!0

Competitive prices in comparison to other telcos like Gomo, M1, Singtel etc etc but quality and standard is the same or even higher than these telcos! Imo, Simba's network is weaker than ZYM's. Witnessed it firsthand when my cousins lost connection for 1-2h and could not whatsapp call anyone, but ZYM was still working (I was using ZYM).0

ZYM has made travelling so much easier for me! I used to get so frustrated when my previous telco plan's signal would drop especially when trying to find my itinerary's destination. But now, ZYM's signal rarely drops on me and travelling has become easier thanks to ZYM! Luckily I switched to ZYM!!0
