So far so good. Porting was seamless, new sim card delivery was fast. Normal usage also OK. However I have heard that this is slowly that normal combo plan or sim only plan speeds. Will be great if gomo can clarify, thanks.0

Both the virtual support and human RED provided excellent support. Even when the virtual support needed to transfer me to a human RED, it was seamless and my past comments were available to RED. I am impressed.0

Customer service is responsive on the app chat. Data usage and perks easily purchasable and instantly updated on the app. Network is excellent, though I think they nerfed 4G networks in favor of 5G. Only downside, they don’t allow downgrading of your plan from 5G to 4G, nor do they give you perks that new subscribers get, such as free intl roaming. Then again, only Circles Life customer service does that.0

Can I Port My Existing Number To GOMO Mobile?
Yes, you can. However, this is only available for post-paid mobile customers.
All you have to do is:
1. Ensure that your existing number is a post-paid mobile line registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco.
2. Check that your current post-paid mobile line has no outstanding contract, payments, or suspensions.
3. Head over to GOMO's website and you'll be able to port your number over
What If I Am Using A Pre-Paid Number?
As long as you're using a Singtel prepaid number, simply head to any nearest Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer and you'll be able to switch over to a postpaid plan for FREE. Once you do that, you can sign up on GOMO's website.
If you are using a non-Singtel prepaid number, you won't be able to port your number over for now. If you wish to use GOMO, you can sign up for a new GOMO mobile number instead.
