It is ok card promotion when i applied was okay as well, there are annual fees for the card.. customer service not bad0

[Fee Waivers] [Customer Service] I have been an UOB Signature card customer for almost 13 yrs and my mum was also a supplementary card customer. Recently had a bad experience trying to waive off my late fee. I do admit that it was my fault for the late payment due to my negligence but I have always pay on time. It was painful to go through the automatic phone banking (got rejected), customer service on the phone (got rejected) and through their online contact form to finally get an approval. Then I decided that was it. After I cancelled the card, got an offer of 2 yrs fee waiver from their customer service representative but I think it is too late for that.0

- Principal cardholders minimum age must be at least 21 years of age
- Singaporeans and PR; Minimum annual income of $30,000 or Fixed Deposit Collateral of minimum S$10,000
- Foreigner; Minimum annual income of $40,000 or Fixed Deposit Collateral of minimum S$10,000
Fees and Charges for UOB Visa Signature Card
- Annual Principle Fee: S$218.00
- Annual Supplementary Card fee: First card is free, S$107 for subsequent cards
- Fee waiver: Available
- Interest-Free Period: 21 days
- Annual Interest Rate: 25.90%
- Minimum monthly payment: 3% or S$50, whichever is higher, plus any overdue amounts
- Late payment charge: S$60
- Cash advance fee: 6% or $15, whichever is higher
- Overlimit fee: S$40
- Fees for foreign currency transactions: Up to 2.50% of the transaction amount
