Wld u buy a 2nd property if you need to - pay $145k absd - property already leased out for2.7k monthly - maintenance 200 monthly - loan is 2.9k for 20 years - after paying 300k plus for absd bsd 25%

Suggest examing your objectives for purchasing a 2nd property, runway for servicing the mortgage loan, etc. Any thought of F.I.R.E has to be temporarily set aside for this venture too.
