What is the best way that I can open a CDP account? I am currently working overseas and have decided to invest in SSB, SGX etc but noted that I will need a CDP.?

CDP not important, safe way to have the equity in an even cheaper custody account:

f.ex. POEMS prepaid account

Actually for this one, I don't think it is too difficult if you are a Singaporean citizen. Here are the steps:

1) Open up a bank brokerage account

2) Fill up the CDP form and get someone to mail it for you on your behalf to the relevant mailing address
