Hey, totally understand where you’re coming from. Not having a senior title by your 30s is more common than it seems, and it’s perfectly okay if your path looks different from your peers’.
If you’re feeling unsure, it might be worth having a chat with your boss, not just about titles, but about growth opportunities and expectations. That can give you clarity, whether or not you decide to aim for something more senior.
