What credit credit should I apply for overseas usage to earn rewards/cashback? I'm going to US for a month and I'm expecting to spend ~USD2500. ?

Depends on what you are spending on.

If you prefer cashback, go for Citi Cash Back card - 8% cash back or UOB One - 5% (take note of the spending cap).

If you prefer miles, go for OCBC 90°N card - 4 miles per dollar.
