NTUC link points

If I've 2000 ($20) NTUC link points in my FairPrice app, and I go Kopitiam to buy $5 cai png, there's a switch in the app that allows me to use the link points. But it doesn't have an option to let me choose how much link points I want to use.

So if I turn it on, will it use up 2000 ($20) link points for the $5 cai png with no change remaining in the total linkpoints balance?

How does the 4000 link point works? Do Geneco states the amount of kWh use in their statement? How's the customer service in Geneco? How fast do they get back to you?
