I finally got round to setting mine up and figured I'd pass this along since the rewards are actually pretty decent right now. Quick breakdown of what you can get:

One thing that tripped me up when I did mine — you have to key in the code during the actual application, in the "Referral / Promo Code?" field. Once you hit submit, that's it, no adding it in afterwards. So don't rush through that step!
