Just opened a Longbridge account through a referral link and figured I'd share the numbers since I had to dig through their support docs to confirm what I was actually getting.

What you get as the new sign-up:

1. The moment your account is approved — lifetime $0 commission trading on US, HK and SG stocks, plus free real-time Level 1 data on all three markets, and a S$10 Cash Coupon just for opening.
2. Hit a cumulative net deposit of S$500 — another S$10 Cash Coupon.
3. Hit a cumulative net deposit of S$2,000 — this unlocks the full Welcome Rewards bundle, worth up to S$1,300. You only get one tier, not stacked — so pick whichever deposit level actually makes sense for you.

Gotchas that'll cost you the reward if you miss them:

• ✅ Cash Coupons land in Me → My Coupons within 5 working days, but only stay valid for 30 days from the date credited — set a reminder to activate.
• ✅ The NVDA shares aren't automatic — you have to manually claim them via Me → Welcome Rewards (or Activities → Previous activities) within 30 days of qualifying.
• ✅ Don't withdraw anything during the deposit holding period. Net deposit = cash deposited − cash withdrawn − value of shares withdrawn, so a withdrawal can wipe out your progress toward the S$500/S$2,000 milestones.
• ✅ Selling shares within the account is fine as long as the proceeds stay in the account — that doesn't count as a withdrawal.

Who's eligible: Singapore residents only (citizens, PRs, valid Employment/Work Pass holders, or anyone with a valid SG residential address), and you must not have deposited any assets into a Longbridge account before 1 Aug 2026. Longbridge Partners are excluded.

One honest caveat — Longbridge is MAS-regulated (Capital Markets Services Licence + Exempt Financial Adviser) but it's a brokerage, not a bank, so your cash isn't SDIC-insured like a savings account would be.
