It is my final year in NTU as an EEE undergraduate and wants to work in banking and finance field. Particularly towards the financial market! How do I find a job?

I am passionate about trading and investing. I have attended an investment workshop to cut short my learning curve and spends some of my free time reading more about the markets.

However, I do not plan to start working in the engineering industry after I graduate. How do I ensure that I get a job related to the markets? They say b&f industries like to hire EEE grads in NTU but I just don’t see how and why?

Any career advices would be kindly appreciated!

Hey, it's true tho! I have friends from engineering who had a) personal experience investing in the stock market b) know a programming language (usually python) whose first job after grad were in banking. It's all about selling your interest and showing your knowledge, along with what value-added skill you have (e.g. able to use python to automate stock analysis/comparisons) :)
