Currently, TDAmeritrade may be a better choice as they rolled out commision-free transaction fees for US ETF/equities (not sure if it is permanent and may be subject to changes in the future) . But there is no RSP function for TDA when compared to FSMOne.

On the other hand, there are transaction and dividend handling fees on FSMONE in regards to US Equities/ETF. Thus this will eat into your investment returns if you are investing in low amount and frequently.
