Is it possible to port out existing giga! number in future?

Hi, is there a clause that prevent customer from porting existing number from giga to other telco in future?

I don think there is such a clause as giga is a sim only plan. But it would be good to check with the staff directly.

Hi Anon, if I'm not wrong, Giga is a no contract plan which should not have any clause that prevent customers to port out existing number to other telco next time. You should still be able to use your Giga number for other telcos.

I can’t change telco from M1 to GOMO because the number is under my partner’s NRIC so GOMO can’t port the number over. M1 won’t allow us to transfer ownership because it’s a Bespoke SIM-only plan.
