I’d probably go for a few years if the pay jump is meaningful and the experience is good

If single, don't mind for higher salary & international exposure with different work culture, but for family man stay for stability & family bonding.

Being single, I don't mind going oversea with higher salary and free accommodation. The latter is very important to me too.

Depends. How much are taxes, expenses etc? Also, yes how do you sustain family? Emotional costs?

What is the real cost?

Higher salary, does it included CPF and employer contribution of CPF? And...
