I have yet to receive my YouTrip card even though I applied a few months back?

Even my friend who applied later have already received her card. What should I do?

I actually emailed YouTrip directly as I experienced the same thing and waited for 6mths prior to that.

They apologized saying there was a glitch and will expedite the issuance of my card. I received my card in less than 2 weeks after that email.
