I have just received an email from Minterest that they have a new product launched on 15th May and it is called Premium Property Investments. Anyone has any feedback on this?

The new product will be a Real Estate Secured Mezzanine Debt Financing Product, co-invested with Straits Real Estate (SRE). Would like to find out if anybody has signed up, and this new product is to invest on property in Asai?

Then check very well that You do not pay a 'premium' fee.

And that the product is not over-structured with difficult to understand/intransparent pricing. On their website it is difficult

to get information on that.
