I am thinking selling my hdb and upgrade to a resale condo for buyer stamp duty.

Am confuse is it possible to pay by CPF OA which i have quite strong

Need to fork up cash 1st when u execise your option. Then apply reimbursment from CPF after that.

Use some of your profit from HDB to pay 1st.
