How to top up my DBS Vickers using cash upfront option?

Tried to do it on the DBS website but was told "We are unable to proceed with a cash top-up request; please settle your trades with your existing settlement arrangement via your designated Multi-Currency Account. (88807)"

NOW THIS OPTION IS NOT THERE. YOU HAVE TO OPEN MULTI-CURRENCY ACCOUNT TO TOPUP. THE ACCOUNT COMES WITH A YEARLY & MONTHLY CHARGES
