How to fund Tiger Brokers for US Equity with best rate from SGD to USD (eg. Revolut / Transferwise) ?

I wish to buy some US equity via Tiger Brokers with best exchange rate via those like Revolut. However, Revolut does not support Tiger Brokers, hence Youtrip also. Any options? TIA.
