Do set a meeting with your HR/supervisor and ask about what is the possibility of a higher-level role or pay revision since you have a degree-level qualifaction. But do also be prepared to rationalise why you deserve a promotion or pay-hike (e.g. picked up new skills through course of studies). Sometimes simply having a certifcate might not be enough to justify a pay revision by the company, that's the harsh truth.

If things don't go your way and you believe that you are worth more than what you are getting paid for especially after investing time in completing a university course, start looking for opportunities elsewhere.
