Hello everyone, I've been using the Citi Cashback + Card and understand that redemption of the cashback is via SMS. However, is there a way I can check how much 'cashback' I am eligible to redeem?

Has anyone struggled to track Citi Cashback+ redemptions? I did at first! I found that the Citibank app, while not directly showing redeemable amounts, reflects cashback earned in your monthly statement. From there, I just estimated based on my spending. Does anyone else have a clever method? Speaking of random, anyone played basket random lately?

I reckon whatever is shown under your 'Rewards' tab in the Citibank App can be redeemed. I have yet to convert my cashback yet, still accumulating hahaha.

Within the Citibank App, there is a tab called Rewards at the bottom left-hand corner. Tap on it and it will bring you to the page, with a 'Cashback Balance' figure shown. Not sure if this is what you are looking for.
