Has anyone paid for an investing course and genuinely felt it was worth the money?

Those advertised online are usually scams.

I think investing courses can be worth it if they give you structure and help you understand things like risk, asset allocation and how to actually build a portfolio, etc.

For beginners, I’d recommend learning the basics first before paying a few hundred or even a few thousand dollars for a course. There are already investment apps and platforms with educational resources, research tools and robo-advisor options, so you can get some hands-on experience without spending too much. Seedly is also a free community where you can learn from other investors and hear different perspectives :)

I have not purchased financial courses. I think many information are actually available online, plus most importantly, you should always do your own investment.

It's a mindset. You will always feel its not worth it, if you dont prioritise its learnings. If you keep practising it, then paid courses are but just a starting point.

Same applies for degrees etc.
