Can the annual fee for this AMEX Platinum charge card be waived off?

Doubt AMEX will be able to waive the annual fee purely because it is AMEX Platinum CC. As there are goodies for signing up or renewal. But do give AMEX a call and see what they can offer if you are renewing, I have been with them for 20yrs and i really like their customer service whom always provide alternative. It feels a lot more personal as compared to the rest of bank CC company customer service, though the CC might not be as widely accepted as compare to VISA & Master.

Amex fees generally cannot be waive. But as usual, no harm calling in and try....
