I recently saw that Revolut allows buying of crypto. Out of curiosity, had anyone tried to buy from there before transferring out?
I personally did not like Xfers and am trying to figure out another way to buy crypto.
At the moment, I have been using binance p2p.

I was actually really interested in trying to buy crypto through Revolut at one point, mainly because I was looking for an alternative to Xfers. But once I tried buying crypto through Revolut, I quickly ran into limitations. You can buy crypto, yes — but you can’t transfer it out to an external wallet or exchange. So if you want to use that crypto elsewhere, you have to sell it back to fiat, withdraw it to your bank account, and then purchase crypto again through another platform.
That whole process means double conversion, additional fees, and a lot of wasted time. In the end, it just wasn’t worth it. I ended up going back to Binance P2P since it’s much faster and doesn’t involve all those extra steps.
