Any good low cost, low expense, good returns, safe broad based eTF to recommend for monthly dca over 10 years, preferably tradable on US stock exchange? Not robo-advisor please as the costs are high.

Heard about Ireland domicile etf, but not sure how to invest in that fuss-free. Any good recommendation?

VOO is a fairly less risky option for US stock exchange...if not SPDR S&P 500 could be a better cons...
