Well so far I've hit my portfolio target, actually exceeded it by about 50% because of the crazy crypto gains so far haha.

Still have to hit some weightlifting goals that I haven't really gotten out to doing, fingers crossed I'll be able to finish it this month lol.

With only 5 months to year end, should I wait to take the 13th month bonus before leaving or switch to a new job with possibility of an increment to monthly salary? What would you do if you were me?
